Q: What is a PMS match?
A: PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, which assigns numbers to just about every shade of every color. PMS color matches are used to ensure consistency of a logo’s color every time it is printed. Sometimes, additional charges are incurred for an exact PMS Match. If your artwork needs an exact color match, be sure to provide us with your PMS number.

Q: Does Ad Impressions offer logo design?
A: No. We do, however, work with some great designers who we would be happy to refer to you.

Q: How should I submit my artwork?
A: Most artwork should be created as vector art and submitted as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) file. All text should be converted to outlines, and the file should be saved as Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or lower. However, more complicated art and four color process jobs may be best submitted as Adobe Photoshop files. Depending on the product, different art requirements may apply. You may always forward to us the art, and we will let you know if it is suitable.

Artwork for your order can be e-mailed to: orders@adimpressions.net. If your artwork is an exceptionally large file (larger than 5.5 MB) the art should be burned to a CD and mailed to: Ad Impressions, ATTN: Customer Service, 201 Sharon Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15221.

Q: What if my art is not in the correct format?
Ad Impressions provides a service that can convert your art to the proper format. Art charges will apply.

Q: How can I be informed of new products and specials?
