Q: How long does it take imprinted promotional products to get in my hands?
A: It depends on the product and the complexity of your order, but an average order takes 2-4 weeks. Expedited shipping can be used if needed. And many items are available on rush services. Ad Impressions will always work closely with you to meet your deadlines.

Q: Can I see what my product will look like before I place a huge order?
A: Yes. First, Ad Impressions can provide you product samples. Then, in most cases, we can offer paper proofs and/or pre-production sample proofs. On rush projects, however, proofs are not always possible.

Q: What is the difference between a paper proof and a pre-production sample proof?
A: A paper proof is a faxed or e-mailed proof showing the logo to be imprinted. Often, these proofs show a mock-up of the item with the artwork on it and verifies placement.

A pre-production sample proof is a single sample of the product imprinted with your artwork, just as it would be on the order. Once the pre-proof is printed, the set-up charge is incurred. So, it is best to do a paper proof before a pre-proof in order to catch any mistakes before the pre-proof is printed.
