Jamie Capan, Ad Impressions’ promotional products consultant, called at the right time to offer her services. Through conversations with Mary Grace and by visiting their website, Jamie was able to put together a presentation of great ideas. The items had to be dynamic and useful. Jamie started with some basics- great looking pens, classy writing pads, and sleek key lights. Mary Grace was impressed with the selection, but it was the not-so-basic idea that captured the attention of the rest of her staff... A modern wine bottle stopper that could be etched with the Musuneggi Financial Group logo. Sophisticated and striking, the stopper mirrored the image that Mary Grace wanted to project. Capturing much attention, the new referral gift achieved the goal of giving something the clients would love while still establishing the company’s identity. Placing the order with a tight deadline, we had no time for error. So, Emma Lewandowski, Ad Impressions’ Customer Service Manager, kept close tabs on the order calling the vendor several times and making sure that the order shipped on time. But when delivery day came, UPS came and went without delivering the clips to KDKA. Upon hearing the bad news from Michele, Emma sprung in to action and quickly discovered that UPS had lost the package and could not guarantee a delivery date. Working closely with the vendor, Emma got a new batch of bag clips printed and shipped that same day! The items were shipped overnight, and Michele still had them in time to use for her event. BACK
